We understand that accounts is another important factor to most people when needing to see a specialist. That's why we make every effort to get all information so we can give patient's full disclosure of their likely costs for consultations, in room treatments and also surgical costs.

When you come to visit with on of our gynecologists for the first time you will be charged for an initial consultation. This initial consultation is rebatable from Medicare. Payment of initial consultations are payable on the day. We have eftpos facilities available and we can then direct claim from Medicare for your rebate. If you have your bank details lodged with Medicare you will get the funds back into your account within 24-48 hours. If you do not have your bank details lodged with Medicare then they will send you a cheque.

Any further consultations will be a subsequent consutlation fee and also rebatable from Medicare.

In-Room Procedures

Some patient's may require treatment for some conditions that can be done in rooms. If we have your referral through before hand we can generally see if you do in fact need a procedure and can let you know of the costs involved. Please ensure that you or your GP fax or email our rooms with your referral.

If further examination is required please ask the doctor beforehand if there may be a cost involved.

Surgical procedure's require mandatory Estimate of Fee's and the out of pocket expenses you will incur. When you book for your surgery we will provide you with an Estimate.
